If you were to sit around the table at a TBE meeting, you’d hear one statement resounding over everything - “service first.” Whether it’s supporting our couples, being a teammate to vendors, going the extra mile when it’s “not our job” - everything we do here is with a culture of putting others needs before our own.
Someone once described our style as “doing no harm, but taking no shit” - I think it fits. I can’t think of a time when we haven’t exhausted every option to make something happen. However - we’ve perfected the art of being the boss without being bossy. Kindness leads the way, always.
One of my favorite parts of planning is becoming the go-to for multiple friend groups! The picture here includes a past, current, and future TBE couple - all together at a wedding! Knowing we’ve made such an impact that friends keep coming back is the most genuine compliment we can receive (plus the reunions are fun!)
Recognized by Forbes as “an entrepreneur revolutionizing the wedding industry”, my career spanned a decade as the Director of Marketing for two multi-million dollar companies before exiting to focus solely on high-end weddings and corporate events. Our teams expertise has featured in TODAY, Brides, Bridal Guide, The Knot (+more) and we’ve been honored to win multiple Best Of Planning Awards.
Outside of events, I’m a wife, mom x2, rescue dog owner and I find a lot of joy mentoring other women in the wedding industry to chase their dreams and make an impact!
