+ Full Planning

This is the perfect option for couples who want to enjoy the fun of being engaged while we handle all of the nitty-gritty, research, vendor quote-gathering and contract sorting.

Whether your job requires travel, or you have a busy kid schedule, or you just don’t want to deal with the paperwork (but do want to sample all the cake!) we’ll escort you through the full experience of planning. You have all the fun, you still make the decisions – we just handle all the background work and make it easy!

  • Q&A consult calls with Taryn and Jen (separately)
  • A personally vetted vendor list
  • One-on-one work with Taryn and Jen throughout planning
  • Ceremony and reception planning questionnaire (closer to wedding date)

THROUGHOUT YOUR PLANNING:
  • Unlimited access to Taryn and Jen
  • Comprehensive vendor research (as much as it takes!) 
  • Personal assistance in selecting all vendors / needs
  • Vendor options simplified and presented to you
  • Assistance negotiating contracts and reading all fine print
  • Budget estimating and expense tracking
  • Development of color palette, design style and event aesthetics

6 WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE:
  • Site visit to review your layout, décor plan and other professional recommendations
  • Compile comprehensive day-of schedule for you personally and all of your vendors
  • Send schedule to all vendors and venue
  • Guidance of etiquette and logistics
  • Confirm all vendor details, arrival/departure info, setup needs
  • Work with transportation company on routes and spot times
REHEARSAL AND WEDDING DAY:
  • Co-direct your rehearsal with your officiant
  • On-site from the start of getting ready through your final tradition or site tear down if needed. (approx 12-15 hours)
  • Wedding emergency kit on site and available for everyone
  • Distribute final payments / gratuities
  • Pick up bridal party food or other needs
  • One wedding assistant is included

SERVICE IS BASED ON 10% OF FINAL WEDDING COST with a package minimum of $5,000 if final budget falls below that threshold. 

We max out at 5 full planning weddings a year to ensure you get the attention your event deserves. 2018 is fully booked. 2019 has 2 spots remaining. Full planning packages typically fill 12 to 18 months in advance of the wedding date.

2018 is fully booked. We are actively booking 2019 and 2020 events. 

This is what saves your sanity on your wedding day – and helps you navigate the process leading up to it. You get full access to your planning team as much as you want throughout your engagement. (seriously, email us whenever with questions or for advice!) Then, 4-6 weeks pre-wedding we start to collaborate even more in depth with you, taking on the final details.

REHEARSAL AND WEDDING DAY:
  • Co-direct your rehearsal with your officiant (or solo, if they can’t attend)
  • Wedding emergency kit on site and available 
  • Distribute final payments / gratuities
  • Pick up bridal party food or other needs
  • Lead planner and 1-2 assistants on-site
  • Setup of decor, linens and traditional wedding day items
  • Up to 12 hours on-site coordination / logistics handling
  • Optional tear down services (in some cases, your caterer or venue handles it, so we won’t charge you twice!)

*Some venues have preferred pricing. We also offer discounts for active/former military, police and first responders.

+ Elopements + Intimate Weddings

Small weddings still have big details. We’re happy to work with you to design a package to fit your needs – whether that is coordinating vendors, setting up decor or just being there to keep everyone on schedule and do the final pins and fluffs for your private nuptials. We love elopements and surprise weddings, too!

PRICING IS CUSTOM FOR ELOPEMENTS, SURPRISE WEDDINGS AND INTIMATE WEDDINGS LESS THAN 50 GUESTS

    • Hourly Consultations: Do a planning deep dive, consult with us on venue and budget, create a wedding day schedule or pick our brains for decor cohesiveness (and more!) $75/hr

 

  • Decor & Design Upgrade *Most popular*: Work one-on-one with our designer, Jen, on a custom decor plan specific to your wedding day! This includes: overall design & decor plan, purchase + rental lists, color palettes, floral planning, mood boards, invitation assistance and more. This truly is in depth design planning to make sure your entire event is cohesive and stunning: $950
  • Parties, Showers, Corporate Events, or anything else not listed above: Shoot us an email. We’ve been there, done that. 

We’re located in Central PA and Coastal NC, but we are happy to travel (and do so often!)
We’ve worked in our local areas as well as from Philadelphia to Wilmington DE, Washington DC to Virginia and down to Myrtle Beach, SC. 

Couples we work with are split between locals and those from across the US and abroad.
